ETI Recruitment
We believe that a skilled and dedicated staff is a major key to success. At ETI, we are always looking for motivated employees who are driven by personal challenges. To ensure this, we put a large effort into our recruitment process.
How we handle applications
On receipt, all job applications are distributed to the relevant manager at ETI. If the applicant’s qualifications match our requirements, the HR department and relevant ETI personnel will examine the application. Subsequently, the most qualified applicants are invited to an introductory interview.
We always confirm receipt of an application, either by letter or e-mail. The handling time of an application may vary from one to four weeks.
The average recruitment process includes two or three interviews:
The first interview is an introductory interview to clarify if our requirements match the qualifications of the applicant. Also, it is about chemistry. Usually, a relevant department manager and a representative from the HR department are present.
After the first round of interviews, all applicants are evaluated. Normally, two or three applicants are invited for a second and more comprehensive interview.
The second interview takes between one and three hours, typically. If relevant, a work text is conducted for the applicant to demonstrate her/his relevant qualifications. We often introduce personality tests to get a better understanding of the person behind the application. After the second interview, we decide which of the candidates is the best suited for the job.
A third interview is a meeting where both parties enter an employment contract.
