Employment areas
The majority of ETI employees have a technical background in engineering or a similar technical level. Moreover, professionals from several other areas are employed at ETI. We are always looking for competent candidates to join our highly skilled staff.

Career paths
To clarify the possibilities for advancement, we have defined four career paths. The paths indicate how we perceive advancement within the organisation. However, they are only examples of paths that our employees may follow.

  • Specialist: ETI has defined a number of professional areas that needs special focus. Through absorption in a specific professional field, the specialist functions as an internal advisor, coach and trainer within her/his line of expertise.
  • Line management: Being a generalist more than a specialist, the function of a line manager in ETI demands the ability to motivate and manage colleagues.
  • Project management: The project manager is a professional manager of a team that cooperates on specific projects within development or sales as well as on internal or external projects.
  • International management: An international manager at ETI pursues an international career by settling in a country away from home. Through insight into our business procedures, the international manager establishes and maintains a local representation of the company.
