ETI Culture
Ever since ETI was founded in 1985, the entire company has been characterised by a pioneering spirit and a firm belief that we can make a difference. Today, ETI employs well over 200 people, but the spirit of 1985 has survived and the innovative spirit and the constant strive for success still hangs in the air.
Working culture
At ETI, we believe that a dynamic working environment stems from the positive attitudes of our employees. Furthermore, we believe in the advantages of good humour in the workplace helping to solve very complex tasks.
We carry out all product development in project teams. This ensures a versatile and dynamic working environment which benefits from the many competences throughout our organisation. The way of working at ETI makes each project a different experience – always challenging the personal skills of our employees. When you first meet the ETI staff, you will quickly sense a friendliness and helpful attitude. The diversity of our employees is a statement of an organisation with room for everyone with the right skills.
International teamwork
At ETI, all employees have the required security clearances to participate in projects which are developed in cross-departmental teams. Many projects are carried out at an international level within the ETI Group. Working together with colleagues from other countries and cultures is a very exiting challenge. Being a part of an international group, our employees must have good language skills – primarily in English, our corporate language.
